It is important to understand that techniques I use are not 'magic pills'. Therapy and coaching requires that the client be committed to change and be prepared to make the effort to make that change a reality. You may also be asked to complete other tasks between sessions. These are designed to help you gain the maximum possible benefit from your sessions and not completing these is likely to reduce the effectiveness of your sessions.
Whilst it is my experience that the sessions I offer can provide many beneficial effects; however they are not a substitute for proper medical attention.
